Join us for the AUCSO Exhibition Opening and Welcome Reception from 17.00, Monday 14 April in The Sanctuary, University of Exeter University. The Exhibition Opening is a wonderful opportunity to meet our suppliers, exhibitors and fellow AUCSO attendees.
All are welcome to attend and the event is free of charge. Drinks are available from 18:00 and a hot fork buffet from 19:00.
Attendance is by pre-booking only and is included in the costs of registration for conference delegates and some exhibitor packages.
Please bring warm clothes, a coat and comfortable shows.
17:40 – Depart Holland Hall for Royal Albert Memorial Museum – RAMM
18:00 – Exeter RAMM – Arrival drink G&T and private tour
19:15 – leave RAMM – Escorted walk to Exeter castle
19:30 Arrive Exeter castle, Bar Open, music + savoury favours
19:30 BBQ, Churros and games – Time to eat and enjoy the games – Archery and Axe throwing
21.45 – Main band – Bill ding and the skyscrapers

The AUCSO Gala Dinner and Awards will commence with a drinks reception, followed by the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony in the Great Hall. Attendance is exclusively for AUCSO delegates, their guests, award nominees, and pre-booked exhibitors.
The cost of attendance is included in the registration packages for AUCSO members and selected exhibitor categories.
